When considering who will be delivering your new family member to your home, it is natural to have a lot of questions. To help you, we have provided a list of some of the more frequently asked questions below.

  

How do I request more information or book service? 

Request a quote through our website, or reach out to us at: informationan@pawconcierge.net  

  

What payment method do you accept?

We accept Venmo or PayPal or Zelle via Bank of America. 

  

Where do we meet our Paw Concierge at airport? 

Depends on the airport, but we can meet at the terminal exit or in baggage claim. 

  

Who provides the carrier for transport? 

We provide carrier however if breeder provides their own it must be a USDA carrier approved size. 

  

Where do our fur babies use restroom? 

To avoid our encountering germs, we use puppy pads. 

 

How do you handle COVID precautions? 

We thoroughly disinfect our crates and our surroundings plus wear masks. We are also fully vaccinated ourselves. 

 

Do you fly stub nose puppies? 

Yes, and all precautions are followed.  

 

Is my puppy in the carrier the entire time? 

No, we take babies out for play time and bathroom time. 

 

Do you fly standby? 

No. 

Do you offer door to door service? 

No, we are airport to airport. 

 

Can you transport more than one animal? 

Yes, if weight does not exceed 20lbs. 

  

Do you offer refunds? 

Unfortunately, once flight is booked, we do not offer refunds however we do give credit up to 12 months. 

 

On what airlines do you fly?  

Paw Concierge has access to all major carriers, and although we do book the most economical choice, it is up to our discretion who we choose.  

 

What happens if there is a flight delay? 

We cannot predict delays or be held responsible for delays; however, we will do everything we can to ensure that your new Furbaby arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
